Prior to Vincere, Caroline was part of the Senior Management Team at Microdec and comes to Vincere with an extensive background in customer-focused operations, bringing more than 22+ years of industry expertise in building and delivering innovative customer success programs worldwide. This move reflects Vincere’s continued commitment to ‘help customers win’ by assembling a pedigree team of Customer Success personnel.
