Vincere, the disruptive CRM for recruitment and staffing firms, today announced that Bob Broderick, former Sales Director EMEA at Talent Rover, has joined the management team at Vincere. In his new appointment as Global Director of Growth, Broderick will be at the helm of one of the fastest-growing companies in the Rec Tech industry. He will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, as well as expanding the global sales support domain.

Broderick comes to Vincere from a long, successful career in recruitment and software sales, bringing more than 25 years of veteran experience to the table. Prior to Vincere, Broderick was responsible for the growth of Talent Rover – a platform- across the EMEA region, that culminated in a recent acquisition by Bullhorn in early March 2018. Prior to Talent Rover, Bob also managed enterprise sales at ITRIS and Microdec Profile.
